My name is Gabrielle Rancourt, Founder & CEO
With more than a decade of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), I’ve guided companies of all sizes, through the financial decisions that shape their futures.

My passion lies in supporting leaders during times of transition, helping them navigate complexity with clarity. I believe finance doesn’t need to feel like a foreign language. My role is to translate the numbers into actionable insights so founders and executives can make confident, informed choices that align with their vision.
